Truck TPMS system for commercial trucks, buses and trailers

Centralized Truck Tire Pressure Monitoring System

The Arvov Truck TPMS is designed for commercial trucks, buses, tractors, trailers and large off-road vehicles. A single display monitors up to 46 wheels and gives drivers clear low-pressure, high-pressure, high-temperature and rapid-leak warnings. For fleet management, tire data can also be sent to a GPS tracker, 4G gateway or telematics device through an RS232 or RS485 communication protocol.

6–46

Flexible Wheel Capacity

Configure one system for a small commercial vehicle, multi-axle truck, bus, tractor-trailer or special-purpose vehicle.

3

Sensor Options

Choose internal banded sensors, internal valve sensors or external sensors to match the tire and rim structure.

4

Critical Alarm Types

Receive alerts for low pressure, high pressure, high temperature and tire leakage before damage escalates.

2×2

Selectable Units

Switch between PSI and BAR for pressure and between °C and °F for temperature.

The system combines a dedicated in-cab display, vehicle-grade wireless sensors, optional repeater hardware and convenient smartphone App pairing.

Key Features of the Commercial Truck TPMS

RS232 & RS485 Output

Transmit tire pressure, temperature, sensor ID and alarm data to compatible GPS trackers, 4G gateways or fleet telematics devices. Arvov supplies the communication protocol for integration.

6–46 Wheel Display

Configure one in-cab display for commercial vehicles from 6-wheel trucks and buses to multi-axle combinations with up to 46 monitored tires.

Bluetooth App Pairing

Use a smartphone App to scan sensor IDs and pair sensors with the TPMS display. Manual ID entry and activation-tool pairing are also supported.

Long-Range RF Performance

433.92 MHz wireless sensors and an optional repeater maintain stable signal transmission on long vehicles and demanding fleet applications.

Smart Trailer Exchange

Add a smart repeater to support trailer swap operations. The system can identify and reconnect trailer tire sensors after a trailer is exchanged.

Automotive-Grade Components

Vehicle-grade TPMS chipsets and batteries support stable performance across a wide operating temperature range and long service life.

How the Truck TPMS Works

Each wireless sensor measures tire pressure and temperature. Data is transmitted to the display for the driver and can be forwarded to a fleet platform for centralized monitoring.

Install Sensors

Fit internal banded, internal valve or external sensors according to the wheel and tire configuration.

Pair Sensor IDs

Scan IDs with the App, enter them manually or use the TPMS activation tool to wake and pair sensors.

Monitor the Vehicle

The display shows wheel position, pressure, temperature and alarm status for up to 46 tires.

Connect the Fleet Platform

Use RS232 or RS485 to pass TPMS data to compatible GPS, 4G or telematics hardware.

Sensor Options for Trucks, Buses and Trailers

Internal Banded Sensor

Installed securely inside the wheel with a band. Suitable for many heavy-duty rims and protected from external impact or theft.

Internal Valve Sensor

Replaces the tire valve and provides accurate pressure and temperature measurement inside tubeless commercial tires.

External Sensor

Mounted on the valve for fast installation and convenient replacement. A practical option for tube tires and fleet retrofit projects.

Truck TPMS FAQ

How many wheels can the Truck TPMS monitor?

The display supports configurations from 6 to 46 wheels, making it suitable for trucks, buses, tractors, trailers and multi-axle commercial vehicles.

Can Truck TPMS data be uploaded to our fleet platform?

Yes. Tire pressure, temperature, sensor ID and alarm data can be transmitted to a compatible GPS tracker, 4G gateway or telematics device through RS232 or RS485.

Which sensor should I use for truck tires?

Internal banded and internal valve sensors are suitable for many tubeless commercial tires. External sensors offer quick installation and can be useful for tube tires or retrofit projects. The best option depends on the rim, valve and service environment.

Does the system support trailer exchange?

Yes. An optional smart repeater supports trailer swap and trailer exchange applications by helping the tractor-side system reconnect with the trailer sensor group.

How are sensors paired with the display?

Sensor IDs can be scanned through the smartphone App, entered manually or paired using the TPMS activation tool.

Can Arvov customize the Truck TPMS?

Yes. OEM/ODM options may include communication protocols, hardware combinations, branding, packaging and software-related customization, subject to technical review.
