Complete Trailer Tire Pressure Monitoring System

The Arvov Trailer TPMS is designed for trailers, semi-trailers, tractor-trailer combinations, buses and other heavy-duty commercial vehicles. Wireless sensors measure tire pressure and temperature, while the display shows each wheel position and provides immediate low-pressure, high-pressure, high-temperature and tire-leakage warnings. The monitor can receive sensor data and output CAN Bus signals at the same time, allowing TPMS information to appear on both the dedicated display and a compatible vehicle system.

Key Features of the Trailer TPMS

CAN Bus J1939 Output

Output tire pressure, temperature and alarm information to a compatible vehicle system while keeping the dedicated TPMS display available to the driver. For integration details, see the CAN Bus TPMS Solution.

Smart Trailer Exchange

Add the smart repeater to support trailer swap operations. The system can reconnect the relevant trailer sensor group after the tractor changes trailers.

Bluetooth App Pairing

Use the smartphone App to scan sensor IDs and pair them with the TPMS display. This reduces manual input during installation and service.

Sensor Activation Tool

Wake sensors and pair them with the display using the optional TPMS activation tool, which is useful for fleet installation and maintenance.

Long-Range RF Transmission

433.92 MHz wireless sensors and the optional repeater support stable signal transmission across long trailers and demanding vehicle layouts.

Automotive-Grade Components

Vehicle-grade TPMS chipsets and batteries support reliable performance across a wide operating temperature range and long service life.

How the Smart Trailer TPMS Works

The system creates a clear path from each trailer tire to the driver and, when required, to a compatible vehicle dashboard.

Install the Sensors

Fit internal banded, internal valve or external sensors according to the trailer tire and rim configuration.

Pair Sensor IDs

Scan the sensor IDs with the App or use the activation tool to wake and pair each wheel position.

Monitor in Real Time

The display receives pressure, temperature and alarm data for up to 18 wheels and warns the driver immediately.

Exchange the Trailer

The smart repeater supports trailer swap workflows and helps reconnect the tractor-side display with the trailer sensor group.

Sensor Options for Trailers and Commercial Vehicles

Internal Banded Sensor

Mounted securely inside the wheel with a band. It is protected from external impact and is suitable for many heavy-duty rim structures.

Internal Valve Sensor

Replaces the tire valve and measures pressure and temperature from inside a compatible tubeless trailer tire.

External Sensor

Installs directly on the valve for fast retrofit, easy maintenance and convenient replacement on trailer fleets.

  • Trailers and semi-trailers
  • Tractor-trailer combinations
  • Heavy-duty trucks and buses
  • Mining trucks and earth movers
  • Agricultural and forestry vehicles
  • Construction and special-purpose fleets
