Key Features of the Commercial Truck TPMS
RS232 & RS485 Output
Transmit tire pressure, temperature, sensor ID and alarm data to compatible GPS trackers, 4G gateways or fleet telematics devices. Arvov supplies the communication protocol for integration.
18-Wheel CAN / 46-Wheel RS232 Options
Choose the correct configuration: CAN Bus and TDS200 systems support up to 18 wheels; the RS232 TDS300 display supports up to 46 wheels.
Bluetooth App Pairing
Use a smartphone App to scan sensor IDs and pair sensors with the TPMS display. Manual ID entry and activation-tool pairing are also supported.
Long-Range RF Performance
433.92 MHz wireless sensors and an optional repeater maintain stable signal transmission on long vehicles and demanding fleet applications.
Smart Trailer Exchange
Add a smart repeater to support trailer swap operations. The system can identify and reconnect trailer tire sensors after a trailer is exchanged.
Automotive-Grade Components
Vehicle-grade TPMS chipsets and batteries support stable performance across a wide operating temperature range and long service life.
Commercial Vehicle Applications
Choose a commercial truck TPMS configuration according to vehicle length, wheel count, trailer operation and the required display or telematics output.
Semi Trucks
Monitor tractor and semi-trailer tires with repeater support for long vehicle combinations.
Commercial Trucks
Provide the driver with pressure, temperature and alarm information for multi-axle trucks.
Buses and Coaches
Monitor multiple wheel positions across city buses, school buses and intercity coaches.
Tractors and Trailers
Use a smart repeater where trailer swap and trailer sensor reconnection are required.
Fleet Vehicles
Forward TPMS data to compatible GPS, 4G gateway or fleet-management hardware.
Heavy-Duty Vehicles
Configure internal or external sensors for mining, construction and special-purpose vehicles.
How the Truck TPMS Works
Each wireless sensor measures tire pressure and temperature. Data is transmitted to the display for the driver and can be forwarded to a fleet platform for centralized monitoring.
Install Sensors
Fit internal banded, internal valve or external sensors according to the wheel and tire configuration.
Pair Sensor IDs
Scan IDs with the App, enter them manually or use the TPMS activation tool to wake and pair sensors.
Monitor the Vehicle
The display shows wheel position, pressure, temperature and alarm status. CAN Bus and TDS200 configurations support up to 18 wheels; the RS232 TDS300 display supports up to 46 wheels.
Connect the Fleet Platform
Use RS232 or RS485 to pass TPMS data to compatible GPS, 4G or telematics hardware.

Repeater quantity may vary with vehicle length, wheel position, installation environment and signal conditions.
CAN J1939 RS232 and RS485 Integration
Connect truck tire pressure, temperature, sensor ID and alarm data to an in-cab display, vehicle ECU, GPS tracker, 4G gateway or fleet platform.
CAN J1939 Receiver
The TDS200 CAN J1939 solution supports up to 18 wheels and can provide TPMS data to compatible vehicle or telematics systems without requiring a dedicated ARVOV display.
RS232 and RS485 Output
The TDS300 solution supports up to 46 wheels and can forward TPMS data to compatible GPS trackers, gateways and fleet hardware.
Protocol and UART Support
ARVOV can provide communication protocol documentation and evaluate UART or customized hardware integration for qualified OEM and ODM projects.
